HOW TO BECOME A PROJECT PARTICIPANT?

Only residents of Ukraine who have registered on the site and who are 18 years old at the time of submitting the application can participate in our projects.  

Log in to your account and choose active testing (the status and date are indicated on the main page of each project) and click "Register for the project".  

On the basis of this questionnaire, you are selected for testing.

WHY AM I NOT SELECTED FOR PROJECTS?

There may be a lot of reasons for disapproval of the application. Among them are:


 - Non-compliance with the conditions of previous tests. 

 - Incorrectly completed application for participation (specify the information in each field, according to the sample, as required in the application). Remember, it is not possible to make changes to the questionnaire.

 - Lack of activity on the site. 

 - The application will not be approved if your social networks are not active, if they are working depersonalized pages or pages created for participation in various contests.

 - The questionnaire does not fit the selection criteria.

 - A very large number of applicants. 

Do not worry, apply for testing and you will certainly be lucky!

And remember, the selection takes place among all completed applications (the speed of filling does not affect getting into the list)

HOW DO I KNOW THAT I HAVE BECOME A PROJECT PARTICIPANT?

Among all those who have completed the application for participation, within the time limits specified by the Project Rules, we select the specified number of participants. 

Look for the list of those who will receive the test set, in the side information panel of the project ("Project Menu" - "List of Participants" from a mobile device).

HOW TO FIND OUT ABOUT NEW TESTS?

With the start of the project, all registered users receive an email about the opening of testing.

To receive emails, you must check the box in your Personal Account (section Settings - select "Receive email newsletters").

WHAT CRITERIA ARE USED TO SELECT PARTICIPANTS?

Each project is focused on a specific target audience (age, place of residence, profession). There are a lot of selection criteria, and each time they may be different.

If you do not meet these criteria, the application will not be considered. But there will definitely be a project for you!

The criteria for projects, as well as the number of completed applications, are not disclosed!

I DON'T HAVE SOCIAL NETWORKS – WILL I BE TAKEN TO THE PROJECT?

According to the terms of each project, the participant must share with his friends the information that he is testing a particular product (or submit a review about it) in his social network.

That's why, to participate it is desirable to have at least one active page on Facebook or Instagram.

I'M A PARTICIPANT. WHAT TO DO NEXT?

If your nickname is in the list of participants, wait for the test set to be sent to the address specified in the questionnaire within the time limits specified in the Rules.

If you have had any changes during the registration or you are unable to participate in the project, immediately after the announcement of the participants, write us in the feedback the current data or the reason for refusing to participate.

Read about what the Expert needs to do in the Reviews and Reports section (also, all the mandatory conditions are indicated in the header of the Questions and Answers section of each project).

AT WHOSE EXPENSE ARE THE TEST SETS DELIVERED?

All sets are delivered by Nova Poshta at our expense. The parcel is absolutely free for you. 

MY DATA ARE IN THE LIST, BUT THE SET HAS NOT COME. WHAT TO DO?

If the test set has not arrived within the time limits specified by the Rules, write to us to support or in the project section "Questions/Answers". The administrators will check the information. 

Sometimes there are delays with delivery. In this case, the moderators warn about the postponement of delivery dates by publishing an information notice in the project.

I HAVE RECEIVED A SET. WHAT TO DO NEXT?

Receive a test set, check its configuration (according to the description in the Rules) and start testing. Tell us about the reception and first impressions. Follow the test instructions that you will receive with the set (printed or electronic booklet) to meet all the test conditions. For more information about the terms and conditions, see the REVIEWS AND REPORTS section.

HOW MANY DAYS IS THE TEST SET STORED AT NOVA POSHTA OFFICE?

After receiving the SMS from the branch, you have 4 days to pick up the parcel. On the 5th day, it will be automatically sent back. Re-sending is possible at your expense and no later than a week after the start of testing.

WHAT TO DO WITH THE SET AFTER TESTING?

The products that are in the set are provided to you for study and testing. It is not intended for sale or re-sale (unless otherwise specified in the rules). After the end of the project, the products remain with the Expert. If we find out that your products are sold, we will blacklist your account without warning. 

IMPORTANT! By getting a test set, you become an Expert who shares his honest and independent opinion about the product on the Naprobu website. It is important to meet ALL the test conditions, otherwise you will never be able to become an expert in other projects again :(

I HAVE BECOME THE PROJECT PARTICIPANT. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

Congratulations! Now, after receiving the test set, you need to study it and fulfill all the test conditions. 

They are usually described in the header of the Question-Answer section and the Rules. These are informative reviews on the site, in their social networks, and additionally on partner sites, if specified. 

In addition, at the end of the project, you need to fill in the final report in your personal account (Projects tab). 

HOW TO SUBMIT A REVIEW ON A SOCIAL NETWORK?

You can repost your review from the site to your Facebook page (there is a "Share on Facebook" button in the review window) or post your review in a separate post with a photo/video in your Facebook or Instagram feed. Don't forget about hashtags – we can use them to find your post.

WHAT IS AN INFORMATIVE REVIEW?

An informative review is your personal impressions of using the test set throughout the entire testing period. The minimum size of the review is 500 characters (in the Question-Answer section - 300). It is advisable to supplement the review with photos.

You can submit either one or several reviews. But remember - we check reviews and photos for plagiarism - do not copy other people's reviews and content from other sites. Such reviews will not be published and will not be counted. 

WHAT SHOULD THE REVIEW BE LIKE?

We don't have any special preferences on how to write a review. The main thing is that it is interesting and truthful. But still, follow our instructions to avoid mistakes and not to get blacklisted.

 - Review should be submitted in a special section “Reviews” within the specified time limits. Don't delay writing it. 

 - Your observations should be personal (we check reviews for plagiarism). Even if you think that everything has already been described, do not be afraid to repeat yourself – your opinion is important to us

 - Your messages should not contain obscene words and insults. In addition, please write all your messages on the site in lowercase (not loud) letters. The minimum size is 500 characters.

 

WHAT IS THE FINAL REPORT?

This is a questionnaire that must be filled in at the end of the test. There you will answer a few simple questions about the product and share your impressions. The final report is required to be completed by each project participant.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE FINAL REPORT?

The final report is located in the” Personal Account " - the Projects tab. You will receive a notification when it becomes available for filling in.

HOW TO ADD PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO A REVIEW

You can add photos and videos to your message. Images taken from the Internet will be deleted.  

To add a photo, click on the special field in the review window and add the necessary images. The maximum number of photos is 6. 

To add a video, you must first upload it to your YouTube channel. After that, under the video, click "Share" > "Embed". Copy the large link and paste this code in a special field in the review window. 

WHAT DOES THE DIGITAL NICKNAME 15XXXXXXXX MEAN?

If a set of numbers (like 15xxxxxx) is displayed instead of the nickname, it means that:

a) the account was created through Facebook authorization. In this situation, we recommend that you change your nickname to a more convenient one and use the service.

b) the page was incorrectly attached to an existing one. In this case, the duplicate account must be deleted.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PROFILE INFORMATION?

To change the data in your profile, you must first log in to the site with your username and password.

After that, in the upper-right corner, click on the avatar, select "Personal Account", and then the "Questionnaire" tab. All the data specified during registration is displayed here. If necessary, you can change them by yourself. If you could not do this – write to us (the button is at the bottom of the page) the data that you need to change or add, and we will edit your profile (when contacting, specify the current mailbox and the email address specified during registration).

I CAN'T LOG IN TO THE SITE AFTER REGISTRATION. ASKS FOR PASSWORD UPDATE OR OTHER ERROR

After filling in the registration form, you should receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your profile. By clicking on it, the profile will become active.

If you do not receive the email, please write to us in the Feedback form and we will activate your account. 

If you have problems logging in after registration, click the button at the bottom of the page “WRITE TO US” and we will answer your question (when contacting, specify the current mailbox and the one specified during registration)

HOW TO REGISTER ON THE SITE?

To be able to participate in the testing, you need to register on the site.

The registration process is simple. Click on the lock icon at the top of the page and choose Quick Registration (specifying your email address, nickname and password). Or choose the registration using authorization via Facebook (authorization via Instagram is temporarily unavailable).  

After registration, you need to complete the data in your Personal Account (Questionnaire tab). Otherwise, you will not be able to fill in applications for participation in projects.

If you click the "Become an Expert" button, a Full registration form will open. After filling it in, you can safely fill in applications for participation.

If you have already had an account, you can log in via the social network only after you have linked it correctly. Otherwise, there is a possibility to create a second account.

HOW TO LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT?

After registration on the site, in order to submit an application for participation, write a review or comment, you need to log in to your account. How to do this? 

Go to the site and click on the word Authorization in the upper right corner (the circle with an arrow from mobile devices). In the window that appears, enter your email address and password. 

You can log in to the site via the social network, but only after it is properly linked. Otherwise, there is a risk of creating a duplicate profile.  Read in the TECHNICAL QUESTIONS section how to attach a page correctly.

WHY CAN'T I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?

If you have any problems logging in to your personal account, make sure that your username and password are entered correctly, in the correct language layout.

Make sure that there are no extra spaces before or after the entered data (which often happens when logging in from mobile devices).

If the entered data are correct, and the login is still not completed, write about this error to the support service and the moderators will help you restore access (do not forget to specify your current mailbox)

HOW CAN I DELETE A MESSAGE?

Only moderators can delete a written message.

CAN I EDIT THE MESSAGE?

Yes, you can edit the review. To do this, click the "Edit" button in the window of your review. To delete an extra photo, you need to write about it to the Feedback.

Please note that comments cannot be edited! 

WHY DON'T MY MESSAGES APPEAR ON THE SITE?

All messages written on the site are sent for moderation and published after verification. This procedure can take from a few minutes to 12 hours.

Remember, the site administration reserves the right to delete messages if they contain profanity, insult other users or contain elements of criticism of the administration's actions.

In addition, posts and comments that are not related to the testing topic, monosyllabic and similar comments will not be approved for publication! 

ON THE SITE IT IS PROHIBITED!

What don't we publish on the site?

Plagiarism. What is copied from third-party sources, partially or completely, and is claimed as own (text and photo). 

Copy and paste. Repeated writing of the same-type (your own or someone else's thoughts) without changing or changing the word order.

Irrelevant comments. Writing of the same-type comments, messages that are not related to the topic of the project, monosyllabic sentences in sections. 

What is forbidden? 

Aimless sharing. You can only share your post or project once!!! 

The rating obtained in this way will be recalculated. As well as the one that was "screwed up" in any other way (numerous sharing, frequent authorizations for a certain period of time, and other purposeless actions on the site).

WHAT IS A NOTIFICATION?

Notifications are necessary to inform you about new actions: who "liked" the post, who commented on it, what new things appeared on the site. You can also see your status change in the notifications. 

HOW TO LINK TO A SOCIAL NETWORK PROFILE?

To link your social network to your account easily, you need to:

1. Log in to the site with your username and password. 

2. Click on the avatar and go to your Personal Account.

3. Select the Settings section and use the buttons located there to link your Instagram or Facebook page. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A MISTAKE CREPT IN WHEN FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION?

Fill in the application for participation as carefully as possible (it is impossible to change the answers). These data were taken into account when selecting participants. In addition, if the phone number and/or address, you may simply not receive the parcel :( 

If suddenly a mistake crept in - follow the notifications - if your last name is among the selected experts-write to us in support of the correct data. 

HOW TO INVITE A FRIEND?

Additional points are awarded when you invite a friend. To get them follow the instructions: 

*Enter your account;

*At the bottom of the "Settings" section, you will see a window with the inscription "Invite a friend and get extra points" and a link;

*This link should be sent to a friend. After registering according to it, you will be counted 5 points.
